I have been twice now. The first time I saw PA Kelly and the second time I saw PA Josh. This is the friendliest bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. From the young lady at the check in window, who ask for my insurance and I told her that I no longer had insurance because I had been unable to work for a while now. She encouraged me to contact DHHR and see if they could help me and then gave me some paperwork explaining that they may be able to give me a discount, which they did. I paid only about 1/3 of what an initial consult would be for a specialist. Both PA,s were very nice, with a good bedside manner. Every staff member that walked past you would smile and greet you. The wait was a little longer due to the forms I had to fill out, but about as soon as I was done, they were calling me to go back. The next visit was more of a follow up, and the wait was only about 10-15 min. You don't see entire offices that are so friendly and appear the very happy with their jobs. I am going back in a couple of months and will let you know how that goes.

I have been a patient for over 2 years. I have had to make appointments on the fly as my skin condition changes. I have never been turned away. I was given an appointment on the day after Christmas one year. I recently made an appointment call and told the nurse I was having some issues. They agreed to see me that same day. I went the next morning for an 0820 hours appointment. They got me in and examined my problem. Josh (PA-C) assured me it was a minor issue and he would have 2 medications to be be called into my pharmacy (CVS). I may have been in the waiting room for about 5 minutes. The professionals are kind, caring and empathetic. They get you in and out quickly; I really like this. I would recommend to anyone needing a Dermatologist to contact Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center. These people are great.
